Thanks for your input! Are you saying that there is a netstat.tmp file
that may still be in the %TEMP% dir? If so I can look for it to see if there
is anything in that file that may shed light on this issue.
Yes, it should contain the output from netstat -s.
Also, I suggest disabling the external script to see if that helps.
