"conn" column showing white color

Hi All,

"conn" column showing white color. I am unable to make it green. If i click
on "conn" column following message is displaying:

*Mon Apr 4 18:41:13 2011 conn ok : System failure of the ping test*

 Service conn on t1vl001 is OK

Hobbit system error


Kindly let me know how can i active "conn" column.
