How does this effect existing scripts, like then ones on Xymonton?
Will these need an upgrade?

Most of the config files and binaries were renamed in 4.3.0.
See the docs/Renaming-430.txt for a list of the old and new names.
(The file you're after is now called "analysis.cfg").
