Yes, true. There is still the old BigBrother intallation on this server,
which also had the bbnet/bbgen tools.

Check you MANPATH setting. I'd guess you have some duplicate man-pages
found in both /usr/local/man/ and /usr/share/man/
(e.g. the man5/bb-services.5 file).
The man-page from the debian package doesn't have that section you
copied.
