LOG /var/adm/messages %(?-i)WARNING "IGNORE=%VOLTAGE:" COLOR=yellow
Try moving your quote.
LOG /var/adm/messages %(?-i)NOTICE|WARNING|Error "IGNORE=%setuid
execution not allowed" COLOR=yellow
