I did try that without success before, but I think its for all tests ?
I have the following syntax for my host:
10.1.2.3 somename # testip snmp noclear
(Note, my devmon tag is "snmp")
All my tests still show clear...

This works great and is fine when the device is up, but if it goes down, the question comes up...what code ver was on that one ?
noclear may work. man hosts.cfg
I can dig it out of the hist logs, but it would be nice if that test only stayed green with whatever the last successful poll was.
