Content-type: text/html Invalid request

It sounds like there continue to be unusual issues with the Apache
configuration there. Can you provide a few lines of the web server log
file? For me, whether it's the top page, a sub page, or a hostsvc page,
the topchanges.sh call seems to come back as expected.
