That looks like a pretty good list! In case you haven't included it in EC2
and RDS:
1. upcoming scheduled AWS maintenance affecting your instances;
2. EC2 instance running low on, and/or predicted to run out of CPU credits
based on utilization over the last x hours.

the important things to check.
This could be a long work, so do not expect to have something delivered
before Q2.
