hobbit page is blank

I got a call from my boss stating that the hobbit page is just coming up as
a blank white page.  When I cd to /opt/hobbit/server/www and do an "ls -l" I
see that the bb.html, bb2.hmlt and bbnk.html are 0 kb in size.  I have tried
restarting the process and nothing has worked.  Can someone assist ASAP?
