Have you found a solution for your Problem ?
I have the same problem, actually running with 4.1.1. It happens when a host is in the same pageset under 2 Groups example: a entry in group Unix Systems and a entry in group Hobbit and the host is duplicated in both groups.
@Henrik Have you already take a look at the bb-hosts file that i send you ?

Hello -
I have several hosts duplicated in several subpages. I have figured
out how to show only specific tests in a group, however I would like
another of the groups to show all tests *except* for a specific
list....
I have gone through the man page for bb-hosts and I may have missed it but......
Any ideas or is this even possible?
I am currently running 4.03rc1
