Server-side login(generic) script - Bash Version - performance

Hi everyone!

Attached follows a login/generic server-side script from Giovanni M.
Frainer, modiefied for better performance:

- removed all cats, greps, awks and seds.
- skipping the rest of client message after section are grab.
- skipping the messages from clients without check defined in the
bb-hosts line
- periodic reload the bb-hosts file
