I think this is a pretty widespread bug. The attached patch should fix
it, but this code is used throughout Xymon, so a "make clean; make; make
install" would probably be needed afterwards.

For testing, you can skip the "make install" and just copy web/*.cgi
to your ~xymon/server/bin/ directory.
