You can correct this yourself by creating the symlinks for the footers. 
  I just did it yesterday.

In the web dir (~xymon/server/web on my setup), create symlinks like this:

ln -s bb_footer bb2_footer
ln -s bb_footer event_footer
ln -s bb_footer findhost_footer
ln -s bb_footer hostgraphs_footer

and so on...

After that your xymon page will just work.
