I also have a version of bbmrtg.sh that works with hobbit without any
issues. I did hack up the script file just a bit to use routers2 to
generate the graphs instead of 14all.cgi as it allows for different time
periods.

I cut over from BB to Hobbit without any changes other than getting Hobbit to call the script. It should (key word!) work without any changes. If you're finding it doesn't, send any changes directly to me and I'll sort out what's happening.
I've got a some other updates to release soon related to problems with running it on Windows.
