configure procs ports and files and msg

Hi
I cannot find how to configure that monitors
im using hobbit , and the status of this monitors is clear.
but if you click on them They show information ,
for example clicking in procs it shows all the process.
but msg dont show anything but the message "

System logs at Wed Jan 28 10:13:06 CET 2009 : No log data available

The client did not report any logfile data
"

the same with files .

Some idea????
