HTML alerts sometimes come as attachment

Good day!

We try to use  https://wiki.xymonton.org/doku.php/alerts:html_mail2.0  to send alerts with HTML-style e-mails.

But, we have found that sometimes (not always)  if HTML code contains images and/or DIV element - the HTML code is attached as file and not properly displayed by e-mail client (Lotus Notes).

Does anyone had such issue too? And what could be workaround for the problem.
