If your BBHOST file is setup as specified and you do not see those fields then there is a configuration problem somewhere. Are the columns for the tests at least visible for the host in question?

You would add them to the BBHOSTS file. Example: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
host.foo.com # SMTP NTP.....
The other machine specific tests would be handled by installing the client
on the box to monitor. If you are not receiving information from the
client on the hobbit pages then check the Ghost Reports. You might have a
incorrect host name.
