get one rrd file with a multiple graph at the output ?

  it's possible to have one rrd file with a multiple graph at the output ?

i explain.

i created a script for monitoring couchbase, at the output of the script 
i get a lot of information like total_connections:, total_items:, 
get_hits: etc...
and i would want to get it on multiple graph.
This is possible
