We're one of many companies migrating from Big Brother and we are having
great luck using the old proprietary big brother client.

Take this with a grain of salt -- as leveraging proprietary client software
against an open source product is often frowned upon -- but to ease the
learning curve, this version has an easy to use GUI that might help get you
started.
