Hobbit restarts with Fatal error.

I'm having a problem running the release version of hobbit restarting
periodically.  The only thing that I can find in any of the logs is the
following.
 
Hobbitd.log 
2008-03-20 20:00:00 Fatal error in select: Bad file number
 
This is running on a Solaris2.8 server.
