I will also try the fix, since I cannot zoom on Firefox or Chrome (currently my preffered browser)
However, the zoom does work on IE, even on the page for Cami. I rarely use the zoom, since I try to go for 99.99% uptime :), so when I need to zoom I switch only for that page to IE.
I just thought to mention that.

I had the same problem and found the fix through the mailing list.
I can’t remember who posted the fix, but I’m glad they did.
To resolve this issue seen on firefox 3.5.x, simply append these lines to your $BBHOME/server/www/menu/menu.css file:
#zoomSensitiveZone{
opacity:0;
}
#zoomBox{
opacity:0.5;
}

I'm running 4.3.0-beta2 and everything is working perfectly except for being able to zoom into graphs. Below is an example of how it is graphing as it it should except for when you try and zoom in (then everything goes blue).
