I just get the horizontal rule followed by the 'hobbit 4.2.0' logo in
the lower right corner. For grins, I symlinked bb_footer to
bulletin_footer -- and now I get *two* horizontal rules, with two logos.
This worked in 4.03 and 4.1.2.p1, and I can't remember if I looked at it
in the 4.2 alpha series.
