What this test does it to broadcast (not multicast) an SNMP request for a private Cisco SNMP MIB object - "enterprises.cisco.10.2.1.1.2.1.14" in slighly generic OID terms. Since I don't have access to the Cisco enterprise MIB's, I cannot tell what that object is.
