Export CPU Utilization rrd data to CSV

I believe it is

rrdtool dump cpudata.rrd

Usage: rrdtool [options] command command_options

* dump - dump an RRD to XML

        rrdtool dump filename.rrd >filename.xml

We need to export the CPU utilization data from the rrd files for all of
our production servers.  What would be the best method to accomplish this.
