Alert Mail only when sslcert fails

I am checking the expire date of an SSL certificate. I would like to
receive alert mail only when sslcert test fails, but not when https
connection test fails.

If aforementioned setting is possible, please let me know how to
configure hobbit-alerts.cfg.

Also, I don't want hobbit to repeat the alert mail. I need only one
alert for each failure when hobbit detects a problem.
