Jasbir,

I think what you'll want to take a look at is the "FORMAT=" option on
recipient lines in the alerts.cfg file.

FORMAT=formatstring Format of the text message with the alert. Default is
"TEXT" (suitable for e-mail alerts). "PLAIN" is the same as text, but
without the URL link to the status webpage. "SMS" is a short message with
no subject for SMS alerts. "SCRIPT" is a brief message template for
scripts.

Hi,

I am getting email alerts from xymon and I think it is using the default
"TEXT" format. Is there any way to change this.  Anyone having a quick
pointer.
