Alarms.cfg REPEAT=Minutes not working?

Still on Hobbitmon 4.2.3 (not even called Xymon) and this definitely works.
 Started emailing (texting) me at 1:04 and every hour until 6:04 with a
recovery message at 6:05 (when I fixed it).

How often an alert gets repeated. As with the DURATION setting, this is in
minutes****

So I was expecting 1 alarm and then it holds for 12 hours until alarms
again for the same failure.****

Has anyone had issues with this working as it should or may I have the
syntax wrong?****
