Escaping special characters in analysis.cfg

still doesn't work. It gives following red alert:
%^MSSQL\$MICROSOFT\: No matching service - want started/Any

In the overview of services however, I see the service as this:
MSSQL$MICROSOFT##WID    automatic    started    Windows Internal Database
