Messages file not reporting

I was able to have log file reporting under Big Brother and the
df-msgstab would tell what to alert on. Is that functionality gone in
Hobbit?

System logs at Thu Feb 2 14:11:38 EST 2006 : No log data available

The client did not report any logfile data
