SMS not sending

Hi
 
I'm trying to get Hobbit 4.3 to send me a test sms.
 
I run the following script, to send a sms
./bin/bbcmd hobbitd_alert --test cpu
 
but i newer recieve a sms.
 
If i run sendsms 45xxxxxxxx test i get a sms.
 
I have set all the log directories to hobbit:hobbit
and sendsms is also owned by hobbit:hobbit
 
there is no queue in
/usr/share/sms/outgoing
 
What am i doing wrong.
