I added
HOBBITMENU=""
in the hobbitserver.cfg, so now I don't have the error anymore, but
still no menu on top of the pages.

The menu is replaced with &HOBBITMENU.
I searched through the source code, but I couldn't find any reference to
this HOBBITMENU.
Has anyone already solved this ?
