Hello
i need help from all xymon experts 
how i can make Current Critical Systems
acknowledge alerts stored to file or directory ?
i want keep this data in flat file to import after that into db table
please note i am asking about acknowledge alerts from  Current Critical Systems page NOT normal acks alerts
please help
