Xymon 4.3.5 restart for adding host

No you dont. Either wait 10 minutes for xymond to reload the hosts.cfg 
file, or do a "kill -HUP" of the xymond process.

This cause me lot of work, cause all my test (blue) came back in red…
and send alerts.

Should not happen on a restart, unless you delete the xymond* files in 
the tmp/ directory.
