Multi-host graphs

Hi all

Could someone point me at a guide for $SUBJECT?

What I want to end up with is CPU/Load graphs for 4 related servers on
a separate  page.

Similarly, I want CPU/Load and networking graphs for a dozen different
related servers on a separate page.
